Our Physical Dumbell Set comes complete with 2 x 30mm hollow dumbell bars with a ergonomic rubber handle, 4 x 1.25kg, 4 x 2.5kg, 4 x 5kg discs and two pairs of quick release spring collars.

Our new solid virgin rubber discs have 3 integrated handles giving additional exercise capabilities and added comfort. Additional discs, barbell bars and collars are available.


When fully loaded each dumbell will weight 17.5kg.
