The Post-natal Yoga class consists of two separate 30 minute classes created specifically for use after pregnancy. yoga2hear have created the two shorter classes in order to make them as practical and easy to fit in around your new arrival. Both classes are designed to aid recovery from pregnancy and birth by helping to realign the lower back after the many months of adapted posture. The classes will also help regain muscle tone and shape around the abdomen and pelvis leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised.
